Be aware that these new, high performance NIMH cells are much more fragile than we've been used to.

It doesn't take much to permanently damage them. A few rules to follow:

* Never let them get to 0 volts, either running or when stored
* Store them fully charged - they self-discharge rapidly
* Charge them at 1/2 amp at least once a month in storage
* Balance them regularly at 1/2 amp when in use
* Do not let them get too hot when running - over 150 degrees is bad
